The Amica Natura veal cutlets can be prepared in a few minutes in oven or in pan. Delicious and fragrant even cooked in oven still frozen in a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil (for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees, turning the product halfway through cooking) or in a pan, letting it defrost for 15 minutes at room temperature to cook them for about 6-7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
